Simply
log into your account. Go to downloads on the right and download our
“System Info Collector.” Run this on any pc at your installation site.
If you have a PC based dvr, please install this on your NVR / DVR
because this will provide the most functionality. For example, it will
capture and store the local ip address of your PC and allow you to use
more advanced network discovery tools.
To run the tool, enter your
customer’s account, select your dvr/nvr type. Then select the button if
you are installing on the recording pc. Click start and the info will
be uploaded to your online account and stored under their account.
From there you are all set to use all of the features in Network Assistant.
